Maurice and his team were great. We walked in as tourists with a vision and he helped us design and pick out our 1/1 ring. Took about 4 weeks from design and finish, then a week for shipping to the UK. They also offer free polishing anytime you’re back in Amsterdam. Very thankful for their team and making our dream engagement ring happen. Very reasonable price for getting a handmade piece, about the same as a production ring, with way better quality and design. I went to find a new chain at The Mill Diamonds, for my pendant that broke while traveling through Europe. The window display pulled me in....Instead of selling me a new chain, the goldsmith, Wessel , asked if I have the broken chain with me to have a look. Within minutes he fixed my chain without charge. While we were waiting for Wessel, Maurice cleaned my daughter's two diamond rings, also without cost. The service is impeccable, they made us feel super welcome, shared their knowledge and were more than kind and efficient. If I am in Amsterdam again, they will be on my list to visit.
